Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference.

What counts as a “user”?

Users are people who log into the platform — administrators, supervisors, coaches, and chaperones. Participants are the people being tracked and don't need login accounts.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll see warnings as you approach your limits. Once a limit is reached, you won't be able to add more of that resource until you upgrade. Existing data is never deleted.
