A quick reference for all the things you can do in the app
Follow these steps in order to set up your organization from scratch
Go to the registration page and create your admin account with your name, email, and password.
After registering, an admin will approve your account. Once approved, log in to access the onboarding wizard.
The onboarding wizard will guide you through naming your organization, choosing a plan, and basic setup.
💡 Tip: The Free plan supports up to 2 users, 25 participants, and 1 major event — perfect for getting started.
After onboarding, you'll land on your dashboard. Your organization is ready to configure!
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to customize your organization's labels.
Change "Group" to whatever term your organization uses (e.g., "Region", "School", "Team").
Rename "Chaperone" and "Coach" to match your roles (e.g., "Teacher" and "Mentor").
Update the app name and tagline if you want it customized for your org.

Once you've completed these steps, your organization is fully set up.Chaperones can log in, check $participants in/out, and you'll have real-time visibility into everything from your admin dashboard.
